Common questions
Will my active sequences from Another Tool transfer?
Email sending history can't be transferred, but all your clients and invoices come over. You can activate Duefy's sequences on any imported invoice with one click.
What if some data doesn't import correctly?
We show you a preview before importing so you can check everything looks right. If anything's off, you can edit it after import or contact support@duefy.ai.
Can I keep using Another Tool while I try Duefy?
Yes. Import your data, try Duefy for 30 days, and switch over fully when you're ready.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data at any time from Settings → Export. We never hold your data hostage.
